For those who don`t like the beach and the sea Belize isn`t offering very much. Sights of Interest are scarce and everything is comparably expensive. For a diver on the other hand it should be a must to visit at least the famous Blue Hole and those who love the beach will find beautiful places in the south of the country. |

Nearly everyone, who visits Caye Caulker participates at a snorkling-trip to the "Shark`s and Sting-Ray Reef" - and this tourist-attraction is worth it. On the one hand it isn`t a sport`s-man`s thing to feed the animals with sardins, but the feeling to snorkle right between them is incredible. Be cautious when feeding: They are faster than one would estimate! |

A real couriosity in my opinion is this tiny island situated a speed-boat trip away from Belize. There are just an old man and his dog (Belize`s only Raster-Dog) living. Watching the man grinding coconuts with his antique wind-mill rules. |
